Red wine and sour cherry is a sweet alcoholic drink made from sour cherries, a type of sour cherries, similar to black cherries but sweeter and darker in color.

Ideal to serve with desserts at the end of a meal.

White wine Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi

Grapes: 100% Verdicchio

Manual harvest in mid-September

Fermentation: in stainless steel at a controlled temperature

Aging: about 3 months in steel and bottle aging for 3 months.

Mariasole comes from Lacrima di Morro d'Alba grapes.

The wine ages in vitrified cement tanks and then stays in bottle for 24 months.

The result is a ared wine of great structure that expresses at the maximum the characteristics of the fruit, typical of the Lacrima grape variety cultivated on the hills of Morro d'Alba (Marche region).


Rosé wine - Collestefano

Elena's rosé wine is a Marche IGT rosé wine

Grapes: 80% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% other grape varieties.

Vinification: the wine undergoes a short maceration of 6 hours.

Fermentation: fermentation is slow and at low temperatures, maturation takes place in steel for 4 months and refining in the bottle.

Alcohol content: 12%
