Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC.
Manual harvest at the end of Semptember.
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. About 3 months in stainless steel and aging in bottle for 3 months.
Mariasole comes from Lacrima di Morro d'Alba grapes.
The wine ages in vitrified cement tanks and then stays in bottle for 24 months.
The result is a ared wine of great structure that expresses at the maximum the characteristics of the fruit, typical of the Lacrima grape variety cultivated on the hills of Morro d'Alba (Marche region).

The uniqueness of this particular sparkling wine obtained with black vernaccia grapes is due to the vinification method, with three successive fermentations.
The must of the grapes, dried for three months, is added to the October wine in a quantity equal to 60%. The third fermentation of foam with method Martinotti- Charmat along, gives in the mouth a surprising aromatic complexity.
Giuggiolone, flavored drink based on wine, sweet, suitable to accompany desserts.
Golden yellow color with very persistent sharp aromas and flavors of ripe jujube.
It is fruity with hints of pear and plum, accompanied by hints of citrus fresh hazelnut. Robust taste, strong, sharp flavor.
