Pèpè ”is a bittersweet and slightly spicy mousse, made in a revisited way and taking inspiration from an ancient recipe.

Based on fresh sweet peppers, fresh peppers, honey and balsamic vinegar of Modena, with a unique flavor, strong and delicate at the same time.

Pairings: the mousse can be used in various ways, spread on bread or croutons, to enrich and make a good plate of pasta tasty or to accompany cheeses.



Caramelized onion fillets with balsamic vinegar of Modena, made with onions harvested and cut by hand into thin slices cooked in balsamic vinegar of Modena.

Pairings: excellent served on top of meat, in hamburgers or even to eat on a crouton, in sandwiches or wraps.
