Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, sugar, sultanas 14.5%, forest fruits 8.5% (red currants, black currants, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, glucose syrup, fructose syrup, sucrose. Acidifier: citric acid. Preservative: potassium sorbate), egg yolk, Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG 6% wine, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, salt, natural yeast powder of soft wheat flour, flavorings, natural vanilla flavor.

Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Icing ingredients: egg white, sugar, rice flour, apricot kernels, modified corn starch, flavours. Sugar grains.
