Brut classic method sparkling wine with a brilliant color, straw yellow, fine and persistent bubble.

On the nose a fragrance reminiscent of bread crust and yeast, a slight note of custard. White flowers, hawthorn; Citrus notes of pink grapefruit.

On the palate it is dry, warm, soft with good freshness, flavor and minerality.

Pairings: Excellent with fish and shellfish appetizers. Fried seafood, raw fish and marinated fish. Local salami.
