Estrosè

Rosé sparkling wine produced according to the Charmat method from Pinot Noir grapes.

Grape variety: Pinot Nero.

Harvesting period: first week of August.

Harvesting method: hand-picked in small crates.

Vinification: carbonic skin maceration of the grapes directly in the press for one day, soft pressing of the whole bunches.

Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel.

Aging: 4 months in steel vats and 3 months in the bottle.

Production area: Stacciola, PU - Marche.

The rosé sparkling wine from the Sor Rico winery is a rosé sparkling wine with the charmat method: it is therefore born from white wines, in this case the Pinot Noir undergoing a first fermentation according to the normal production process and a second fermentation in steel autoclaves that lasts from 30 days at 6 months. Furthermore, in the Charmat method, the sparkling process ends in the bottle, ready to be sold.

Estrorosè is a sparkling wine with a light, bright pink color.

On the nose hints of rose and red flowers, notes of pink grapefruit, small red fruits and crunchy cherry, red fruit candy.

On the palate it is dry, quite warm, soft and with a good freshness.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif with a platter of local cured meats, but also with fish-based appetizers, fried fish.
